Pro
A 4-week action plan built from your answers
The free test tells you where you stand. Pro turns that into four weeks of graded steps: which rungs to work on each week, what to do every day in the time you have, what to write down, and when to stop and see someone instead.
It is self-help, not treatment. The plan follows graded exposure, the approach CBT therapists use for specific phobias, but it is built from your own answers and done on your own; it does not diagnose anything and it does not replace a therapist.
What Pro adds
Starts where you are
Your level sets the first rung: a mild fear starts higher up the ladder, a marked one lower and keeps the top rungs for later, with support.
Four weeks, one card per week
Two or three rungs a week with tick boxes, a daily routine sized to 10, 20 or 30 minutes, a milestone, and journal lines for every day.
A helper, by name
Add a friend or relative and the harder steps in weeks 3 and 4 are written with them alongside, plus one rule on what their job is.
Printed, private
The plan is built on your device from the answers saved in this browser and printed or saved as PDF from there. Nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
- Is this therapy?
- No. It is a self-help plan built from your own answers, following the graded-exposure approach that CBT therapists use. It does not diagnose, it is not medical advice, and it does not replace a doctor or a therapist. If the fear brings panic attacks, costs you work or relationships, or nothing changes after four weeks, see a doctor or a CBT therapist.
- What if I have not taken a test yet?
- Take one first: each test is free, takes about two minutes, and keeps its answers in this browser. The plan is built from those answers, so Pro shows a link to the tests until one is complete.
- Can I get a refund?
- Pro opens the moment you pay. If the plan does not do what this page says, write within 14 days and you get a full refund. The monthly plan renews until you cancel it from the Manage subscription link; the one-time purchase is paid once and stays open for good. Details on the refund policy page.
- Do you store my answers?
- No. Answers, preferences and the plan live in your browser only; the plan is printed or saved as PDF from there. The one thing that leaves your device is the email you type at checkout, which Stripe uses for the receipt and which lets you reopen Pro on another device.
